What a beautiful vase from a legend glass blower. Beautiful hand blown art glass vase. Beautiful thick glass speckled in an ombre design of blue and purple. Excellent condition. The vase is signed 5/03 Eric Kvarnes. It was made in Virginia and is 14" tall

About: Eric passed on in 2018. Varnes leaves behind a legendary state of the art, art center he built up from a junkyard. A friend of his could no longer cut metal due to cancer so Eric bought it cleared it out and created Oldway Art Center on the space. His life was full of variety and vitality. He took part often in his favorite pastimes. He was a clown, unicyclist, Master Glass blower, owned a small glass gallery where he was a teacher. He was also computer savvy and an avid assistant / IT helper to the PC community.
